How do I place an order for a temporary, temp to hire or direct hire candidate?

If you are an employer seeking our professional help with filling an open position, please call us at 617-523-7779. We will collaboratively work to find you the right person. We will need a brief or detailed description of the vacant position you are looking to fill, and we generally are able to fill any position same day.

How much will it cost my company?

The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, work comp costs and lead time for our staffing managers. ACE Employment Services is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

What industries do you service?

ACE Employment Services is a full service staffing company and we handle positions in a wide variety of industries including clerical, accounting and finance, legal and medical.

What is the process for finding employees through ACE Employment Services?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. ACE Employment Services will get the details of the position from you so we can send the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

We can fill same day orders, and almost all of the time can have someone at the location within an hour of being notified.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by ACE Employment Services?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary to hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee after the first day of work, we will send a replacement the next day with no charge for the original employee.
