	Temporary Services: We recruit, screen, test and interview face to face in office of every applicant we place to ensure a 100% match for the open position.  We can fill same day orders, and almost all of the time can have someone at the location within an hour of being notified.  We are ready to fill last minute orders and are open until 6pm on Fridays.  We do our best to get to know each candidate we place since there is zero turnover in our office.  We work together as a team with over 80 years of collaborative experience in the staffing industry on EVERY order placed.  There is no order too small or large for us to fill. Temp to Hire Policy: Temp to hire is a great way to find permanent employees by having them start as a temporary worker, while minimizing the cost.  Please call to find out out low takeover rate if you decide to hire before the term is up. Direct Hire: We offer a 30-60-90 day guarantee on all permanent placements.  What that means is if the candidate doesn't work out in the first 30 days, you get a full refund.  If he or she falls into the 30-60 day time period, you get a 66% refund, and between 60-90 days you get a 33% refund.   Payrolling Services: This allows you to recruit your own candidate and place them on our weekly payroll on a temporary basis.
